Shipping policy

We do not offer refunds on shipping charges if a carrier does not deliver within the estimated delivery dates. Once we ship your package, we are not liable for delivery dates. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our support team at support@contractortrainingcenter.com.

Shipments will go out 5-7 business days from your order date. Requests for changes to shipping addresses on orders may not be accepted if submitted more than 60 minutes after the order was placed. Orders with physical products requiring a shipment will be sent to the address supplied by the customer at checkout, which is included in your shipping confirmation email.

You will receive an email with a tracking number for your shipment as soon as we create your shipping label.
